We wanted to share some important changes happening at Southeastern Equipment, which we believe will greatly benefit both us and, most importantly, you, our valued customers and friends.
Last week, we decided to close our dedicated rental division. Rest assured that we’ll still have equipment available for your long-term rental needs, rent-to-purchase options, and emergencies. We’re also still backing our existing rental agreements.
While closing a division never sounds good, this decision is very good for you. Here’s why: this strategic decision allows us to refocus our efforts on better serving you and increasing what we can offer to make your life easier. In short, we’re putting you first – and keeping you there.
We’ve already made huge investments in other areas, like:
- Creating the Southeastern Promise, our guarantee to you that we’ll stand behind our equipment by covering mileage and travel time for warrantable repairs*
- Opening a new branch in West Virginia to better serve our South Charleston customers
- Expanding our service team with more techs and road trucks company-wide to get you back up faster than ever before
- Creating a Parts and Service Support Team to help you diagnose codes, find parts, and maintain your fleet
- Adding product specialists to give you the ins and outs on time-saving technology like machine control and telematics
